Privacy policy

Final Quotient ("Final Quotient", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to fquo.com and of the people we work with. This policy explains what we collect, why and your choices.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: name, work email, phone number, company, and anything you write in our contact or scoping-call forms. When you submit a form we also record the pages you visited on this site and the site that referred you here, so we can respond with the right context. Information collected automatically: standard analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) via HubSpot and Google Analytics cookies, where you consent.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for scoping calls, send information you request, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to mailing lists without your consent.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies — set by HubSpot and by Google Analytics 4 — load only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Choosing "Essential only" keeps both off. You can change your mind at any time via Cookie settings in the footer of any page — switching back to "Essential only" also deletes the analytics cookies already set. We use no advertising or remarketing cookies. Separately, our hosting provider (Vercel) collects cookieless, aggregated usage and performance statistics — such as page views, referrers and load times — that involve no cookies and no identification of individual visitors.

Where your data lives

Enquiry and meeting data is stored in our HubSpot CRM (EU data centre). Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google, which may store it outside the UAE and the EEA under its standard contractual protections; it does not retain your full IP address. We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business records thereafter.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, each under its own compliance framework and on our instructions: HubSpot (CRM, forms and meeting scheduling, EU data centre), Google (Google Analytics 4, site measurement) and Vercel (hosting and cookieless performance statistics). Those providers may in turn rely on their own infrastructure sub-processors. Otherwise we share personal data only where required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction (including the UAE PDPL, EU/UK GDPR and India DPDP Act), you may have additional rights such as objection and portability.

Contact

For any privacy request or question, write to contact.us@fquo.com. We endeavor to reply within reasonable time.
